This typography study explores whether artificial objects or natural forms can be transformed into letters. 

By integrating the shape of the Korean word for “shrimp(새우*)” with the characteristics of the creature itself, the study examines the potential for objects or nature to be expressed as letters in visual form. 

It investigates whether the properties of shrimp can be intuitively evoked through “image letters,” rather than through the literal reading of the word, by incorporating the segmented and curved forms of shrimp into the design of the letters. 



* Sae-woo (새우) is the Korean word for shrimp.
