This self-authored, illustrated, and designed book explores the sensory experience of sushi.
The simplicity of sushi’s ingredients allowed me to reflect on multiple sensory impressions while savoring each piece concurrently.
I documented these sensory responses through brief texts and accompanying drawings, which were compiled into a book.
The books were produced as a limited edition of three copies, each fully crafted by the artist.
