After reading the prose, I abstracted and visualized impressions of the text, capturing the whole, fragments, or details rather than literal content itself.
By containing recurring objects and phenomena within a loose boundary, the text paradoxically heightens a sense of strangeness when the boundary begins to collapse. This contradiction intensifies the unfamiliarity of the experience.
