This work is a practice drawing for the Drawing with/without photographs series. I draw from a series of photographs taken at my family’s weekend farm in South Korea over the past few years. 

By carefully tracing each line and recalling the impressions and sensations of those moments, I revisit moments that transcend time and space, moments when our conversations were filled with small and unremarkable details of daily life.

The act of drawing becomes a form of time travel, allowing me to relive and reconstruct those temporal moments through line and plane.
